Examples of Course Assignments
Since Gender and Politics combines my research and teaching interests, this was a particularly fun class to teach. I really enjoy the subject matter and had fun finding overlaps between course materials and current political events.
Below are examples of an assignment where I ask students to evaluate current government policies that concern gender and propose policy solutions to any problems that they find.
